Inspection Services

Residential Inspections

A home is probably the largest and most important investment your family will ever make. Protecting that investment is important, and it is an inexpensive way to learn the condition of your home. If you are planning to buy or sell a home, we recommend hiring a professional and certified home inspector to conduct the inspection. We will identify any problems such as plumbing, wiring, heating & air conditioning, insulation, roof or structural issues with the home before you buy or sell. Our residential inspections include Single Family Home, Duplex, Fourplex, Townhome/Condo for both buyer’s and sellers.

Commerical Inspections

Commercial real estate is a huge investment. Just like when buying a house, it’s a good idea to get an inspection on a commercial property if you’re considering purchasing it. By hiring an inspector to look for issues with the property and prepare the findings in a report, you will have a better idea of the future costs associated with the building – and whether or not to walk away from the deal.

WDI ( Termite Inspections)

Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspection is most known as “Termite Inspection”. A proper WDI inspection looks for current or past infestations of many insects, not just termites. These insects consist of termites, wood destroying beetles, carpenter ants and carpenter bees. These inspections were formerly known as Wood Destroying Organism “WDO” and is still sometimes used. That term was used due to the fugus that causes wood rot. We will look for this fungus and any other possible problem that we can see during our WDI Inspections.

New Construction Phase Inspections

Protect your new home investment with a new build construction phase inspection. New construction homes need an objective third-party to inspect. The city or county inspectors often don’t catch everything.  The phases of the home building process are:

  • PHASE I – Foundation
  • PHASE II – PRE-Drywall
  • PHASE III – FINAL Home Inspection

Moisture Intrusion Inspections

Moisture intrusion can be the cause of building defects, as well as health ailments for the building’s occupants. We can detect and help you understand how moisture may enter a building, and where problem areas commonly occur.

Single System Inspections

We will inspect and report on a single system or component of your home. But it is not intended to be a substitute for a full inspection.

Pool Inspections

Pools and spas can be relaxing and therapeutic additions to any home or multi-unit housing structure, but only if they’re safe and properly maintained.  For this reason, our inspectors will check that all components are in working order and offer our professional advice about upgrading and repairing as necessary.

Sewer Scope Inspections

A sewer scope is a video/visual inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the end of the main line. Sewer-scoping the line can reveal blockages, damage to the pipe system, and other problems, which are vital for homeowners and home buyers.
